Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments
- A minimum of 60% advance payment is required to confirm any campaign.
- The remaining 40% must be paid within 2 days after the first two rides/campaign activations.
- All design, printing, and mounting charges are additional and non-refundable.
Campaign Duration & Coverage
- Standard promotional timings are between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Each package covers up to 30 kms per day with live GPS tracking.
- Extra distance beyond the package coverage will be charged additionally.
Design & Materials
- Clients must provide final artwork files in acceptable formats or request design services at additional cost.
- Once printed and mounted, design changes will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Campaign cancellations must be made at least 7 working days in advance.
- Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future campaigns at management’s discretion.
Responsibilities
- Pracharam Media ensures safe and visible display of all promotional materials.
- However, we are not responsible for damage caused by natural factors, accidents, or unauthorized tampering.
Compliance
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all advertising content complies with local laws and does not contain prohibited or offensive material.
- Pracharam Media reserves the right to reject any campaign that violates guidelines.
